Refund policy

Fiinx offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewellery item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund, remember to get in touch before returning.

Please note due to hygiene reasons Fiinx are unable to refund or exchange earrings, Brushes, sponges and Make up once purchased.

Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we will not issue a refund.

Returns sent are at the customers own cost and liability.

All item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
